In the summer of 2024, the exhibition “Stories of Then, Now and Elsewhere” took place at Kunst im Weinkeller (KIWK) in Straden – a special meeting of eight artists from four continents, united by their shared time in Cairo.

The exhibition became more than a display of jewellery: it offered a space of intimacy, reflection, and visions for the future.
Accompanied by readings, workshops, and shared experiences, stories were created that transcend time and place.

What we started in Straden is continuing:
“Paths and Signposts” (Pfade und Wegweiser) will, in 2025, open new chapters — about journeys we take, signs that guide us, and encounters that open new horizons.
